What do I have to do?

You need to complete a simple online entry form to tell us about your programme.

Important: if you have written something in all compulsory fields you can log in and edit your entry at any point up until the deadline date after you have saved and submitted. You must press ’save and submit’ each time you edit your entry and wait until you see a message on screen to save your entry saved successfully or it will not save. You will also receive a confirmation email.

You will then have the option to  upload up to four supporting documents or media files. You will also have the option to add a supporting statement from a partner organisation you may have worked with, for example, a MoneySense or pfeg partner, a local business, or any other external organisation who you have worked with to develop your PFE programme.

What are the prizes?

Categories 1, 2 and 4
(Best all-round approach to PFE, Most innovative approach and Teacher award):

Winner – £1,500 for the school and a laptop for the individual
Runners up – £500 for the school and an ipod shuffle for the individual

Category 3
Student award:

Winner – £1,500 for the school plus exciting prizes for the individual(s)
Runners up – £500 for the school plus exciting prizes for the individual(s)

Timings

The deadline for entries Friday 23rd April 2010. NB This has been extended to Friday, 30th April 2010 for all categories. The judging will take place in May.
The awards ceremony for winning schools will take place in June.
